Clinical Study on the Effect of DL-8280 in Surgical Field

Abstract
|
|
|
The clinical study on DL-8280 (Ofloxacin, Tarivid) effect in prophylactic and thera-peutic use has been performed in 34 patients in the department of surgery. The results were as follows;
1. In prophylactic use, the efficacy was 88% (21/24).
2. In therapeutic use, the efficacy was 90% (9/ 10).
3. There, was no significant systemic or local side effect or laboratory abnormal: after administration of the ofloxacin.
As shown above, ofloxacin was effective and safe drug for prophylactics and thera-peutic use in surgical patients.
